JCC Greenwich & PJ Library's Magical Hanukkah Party Local Kids Celebrate Hanukkah By Giving Back to the Others

More than 130 kids and adults attended the holiday party.

JCC Greenwich and PJ Library recently held its annual Hanukkah Party at Carmel Academy in Greenwich.

More than 130 children and adults attended the event which featured a special performance by The Great Zucchini, Washington, D.C.’s number 1 entertainer for young children. Activities included craft tables run by the JCC Greenwich Teen Action Committee, where children and families decorated lunch bags for Israel’s largest food rescue network, which provides lunches for over 7,500 children daily.

There also was a toy drive to benefit Chai Lifeline, whose mission is to restore the light of childhood to children and families facing pediatric illness.
