Jennie V. Frangione, 91; Lifelong Greenwich Resident Who Shared Her Passion for Italian Cooking and Baking
A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, March 28.

Jennie V. Frangione, 91, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2015.
She was born on June 23, 1923 to the late Peter and Lena LaSorsa.

Jennie was a lifetime resident of Greenwich. She was a waitress at the Belle Haven Club for over 28 years.
On July 20, 1946 Jennie married Luke Frangione and they were married for over 53 years. Jennie had a passion for Italian cooking and baking. She enjoyed sharing it with all of her friends and family. Her cooking legacy will live on through her recipes used at her son Marks restaurant, The Pelican Café in Palm Beach County, FL. Jennie was an avid lifelong parishioner of St. Mary’s Church in Greenwich.

She was predeceased by her husband Luke, her sister Millie Coppola, and her brother C. Peter LaSorsa.
Jennie is survived by her children Luke Jr. ( Terry ), Michael ( Veronica ), Susan, and Mark ( Karen ). She is the loving grandmother of Dr. Luke III, David, Mallory, Michael, Morgan, and a great granddaughter Hayden Rose. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her loving Yorkshire Terrier “ Millie “.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church, 178 Greenwich Ave., Greenwich, CT on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. A memorial service will also be held in the early summer to celebrate her life.
