What do you love to do with your children? How old are they? And what is your greatest wish for them?

I have an artistic 8-year-old daughter who loves fashion and the arts.  I love spending time with her at the beach, walking our dog and watching her grow.

My greatest wish for her would be to do something in life that makes her happy and that she is passionate about as well as being a giving person.  I think it’s so important to instill in children early on that their dreams or desires can become a reality.

When and where are you the happiest?

I am happiest at home, relaxing with a nice tea with my family.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go? 

I have always wanted to go to Italy as my mother’s side of the family is from there.

I was able to go with my daughter and family two years ago and would love to go back to explore more about my grandparents ancestry. 

What quality do you most admire in a mother? And what woman has had the biggest impression on you? 

I think the most admiring quality in a mother is to be independent, humble, nurturing and entrepreneurial while being a role model for your children.  I would have to say Ivanka Trump is pretty impressive.  She is well rounded, humble and is there for her children. 

What is your favorite book? Movie?

I don’t have a favorite book but my favorite movie is Good Will Hunting.

I love Matt Damon and his role in this movie, showing how anyone can fulfill their dreams at any stage in life! 

What personal achievement are you most proud of?

Firstly, being a mother and secondly owning a non-profit that saves people’s lives every day in kidney transplant.

What do you feel is your strongest talent?

I feel my strongest talent is communicating with people and marketing either through social media or in person.

What do you like to do for fun?

I love exercising and going to events to meet new people.  I enjoy hiking as well and being at the beach. 

What is your favorite time of the day and why?

I love the evening around 9pm, as it’s a quiet time to reflect on the day and relax.

It’s a great time to brainstorm on new ideas and write.

Where is your favorite place to Party with Moms and what’s your favorite drink? 

My favorite place to Party with Moms is at the beach or in New York City.  I am a social drinker so my favorite drink would be a white wine or a Stella.

Flood Sisters Story: 

The Flood Sisters Kidney Foundation of America was started in 2008 by three sisters from Westchester who saved their father’s life from kidney disease by having an “out of the box” idea to post an ad on craigslist for a kidney donor for their father.  Unfortunately, the sisters were not matches for their father.  They had used craigslist in the past for selling items, for advertising, for childcare and for finding jobs. It was a success so they figured “why not use it for Dad’?  To find him a kidney donor?  After a year and 4 months, over 100 responses nationwide, an unknown woman from California came forward  and saved his life.  Today, we educate the public about kidney disease, kidney health, fitness and living kidney donation.  We have coordinated 6 transplants and have many more patients in testing.
