Juvenile Suffers Scrapes In Fight With Greenwich Man, 46: Cops
The altercation occurred on Monday afternoon on Hamilton Avenue.

GREENWICH, CT — A 46-year-old Greenwich man was arrested on charges of breach of peace and unlawful restraint Monday afternoon after he got into an altercation with a juvenile on Hamilton Avenue, according to Greenwich police.
Ray A. Matthews was arrested at about 5:20 p.m. and was arrested on second-degree versions of both charges, after officers responded to a report of a fight in the town's Chickahominy section.
"Upon arrival officers observed an adult male physically restraining a juvenile against the front of a residence," wrote Greenwich police in a statement. "The juvenile sustained scrapes as a result of the incident."

Matthews was taken into custody but was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on May 21.
