Man Accused Of Stealing Tools, Urinating In Public In Greenwich
The incident occurred on Greenwich Avenue on Monday.
GREENWICH, CT — A 26-year-old Maine man was arrested on larceny and breach of peace charges Monday morning after police said he urinated in public on Greenwich Avenue and was found to be in possession of several hundred dollars worth of stolen tools.
Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Greenwich Avenue a little after 11 a.m. on a report of the suspect urinating in plain sight of customers of a nearby bank.

Based on a description of the suspect, officers soon found a man nearby who was positively identified as the alleged offender, named Fazil Itsinzi, of Southport, ME.
In Itsinzi's possession was a bag of tools that police discovered had been stolen from a nearby construction site.

Itsinzi was charged with fifth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace. He was held in lieu of bail of $1,000 and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Aug. 20.
