Man Accused Of Telling Driver 'I Hope You Catch Coronavirus': PD
A Greenwich man accused of telling an Uber driver "I hope you catch coronavirus" was recently arrested, according to police.

GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich man accused of telling an Uber driver "I hope you catch coronavirus" was arrested last week, according to police.
Police said Brandon Wilson, 20, of Greenwich, was arrested on a warrant Friday. He was charged with first-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. (To sign up for Greenwich breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
In a statement, police said the arrest stems from an April 5 incident in which Wilson had a "verbal altercation" with an Uber driver.

Lt. Mark Zuccerella said Wilson "[got] in the Uber driver's face," causing some spit to come out of his mouth. He is accused of then telling the driver "I hope you catch coronavirus," Zuccerella said.
