GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich man is accused of shattering the window of a Lyft driver's vehicle after an argument over a canceled ride, according to police. The disagreement occurred while Andrew Herz, 57, was being picked up from a Flower Lane home around 3 p.m. on Sunday, police said.

Lt. John Slusarz said Herz and the driver got into an argument over a canceled ride. Herz then picked up loose gravel from the home's unpaved driveway and threw it at the 2013 Nissan Rouge's rear windshield, causing it to shatter, police said.

Herz was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.
