Man Stole $3,000 Worth Of Golf Equipment: Greenwich Police
Police said a man accused of stealing $3,000 worth of golf equipment from a vehicle parked in Greenwich was recently arrested.

GREENWICH, CT — A Hartford man accused of stealing $3,000 worth of golf equipment from a vehicle parked in Greenwich last year was arrested this week, according to police. On Monday, the Windsor Police Department contacted Greenwich Police to let them know a man in their custody for "an unrelated charge," 23-year-old Lyndon Olliverre, had an active warrant for his arrest in Greenwich, police said.
Police confirmed the warrant, which was signed in October, was active and met with Windsor Police to transport Olliverre to Greenwich. (To sign up for Greenwich breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
According to Lt. Mark Zuccerella, Olliverre is accused of entering an unlocked vehicle parked on Cos Cob Avenue in April 2019 and stealing $3,000 worth of golf clubs from the vehicle.

Olliverre was charged with third-degree larceny and third-degree burglary.
