A New 18-Room Colonial Is Sold in Greenwich's Mid-Country for $7.55 Million

A new 18-room colonial featuring six bedrooms, six baths and two half-baths situated on more than two acres at 21 Hope Farm Rd. in the Greenwich mid-country was the top home sale recorded during the first two weeks of November.

The sale — involving two limited liability corporations — was recorded Nov. 4. The 11,429-square foot house features at least four fireplaces, formal living and dining rooms, a library, wine cellar, an exercise room, sports court, a pool and hot tub and an outdoor barbecue and fireplace.

The selling price: $7.55 million.
