New Acai Bowl Restaurant Opens In Greenwich
SoBol, located in Cos Cob, also sells smoothies.
GREENWICH, CT — SoBol, a new acai bowl shop, recently opened for business at 132 East Putnam Ave. in Cos Cob, specializing in healthy, fruit-focused bowls and smoothies.
The new Cos Cob shop is the franchise chain's first in Connecticut and 18th overall, reports the Greenwich Time. It is co-owned by Scott Rosenberg and Greenwich couple Michael and Shera Stein.
In the coming months, the owners hope to add more food offerings, and possibly open more shops in southern Connecticut.
