New Canaan Student Athlete Signs to Play Division 1 Lacrosse at Lafayette College
Emma Novick is among four Convent of the Sacred Heart students who signed National Letters of Intent this week.

Convent of the Sacred Heart announced this week that four seniors have signed National Letters of Intent (NLI) in the first official early signing period to participate in Division I college sports programs.
This is a record number of students signing official National Letters of Intent for Sacred Heart, according to Kelly Stone, athletic director.
Sacred Heart hosted an official signing ceremony in the office of Head of School Pamela Juan Hayes attended by the student-athletes, parents and their coaches.

- Emma Novick of New Canaan, Lafayette College – Lacrosse
- Kirsten Parkinson of Stamford, University of Virginia – Diving
- Natalie Puente of Greenwich, University of California, Los Angeles – Crew
- Jacqueline Urbinati of Harrison, NY, Boston College – Tennis
“We are thrilled and very proud of our seniors who have signed a binding agreement to compete at the Division I level for top college teams, and we wish them every success,” said Pamela Juan Hayes, the head of school for Convent of the Sacred Heart.
