New Charges Levied Against Accused Stamford Voyeurism Suspect

Greenwich resident Timothy Gemelli stands accused of taking lewd videos of people in a novelty photo booth he owns.

STAMFORD, CT — Timothy Gemelli, the 52-year-old Greenwich resident arrested on multiple counts of voyeurism this month, has been slapped with new charges, reports the Greenwich Time.

Gemelli, owner of The Photo Booth Lounge, was charged with violating a judge's order after Stamford police said he called a woman twice with whom he was ordered not to contact.

Earlier this month, Gemelli was arrested by Stamford police on a warrant accusing him of using a hidden camera in the photo booth to shoot "upskirt" videos of unsuspecting women at weddings or other events in Fairfield and Westchester counties.
