New Pizza Restaurant Coming To Greenwich Avenue

GREENWICH, CT — Skinny Pizza, a chain of pizza restaurants with locations in New York, Pennsylvania and Texas, is putting the final touches on a new Greenwich Avenue spot, its first in Connecticut, reports the Greenwich Time.

Set at the top of the avenue, the restaurant, which specializes in "a healthier modern take on traditional New York-style pizza," expects to open the Greenwich location next month.

"We offer a lower calorie, very thin and crispy pizza using organic tomatoes and natural toppings without sacrificing taste!" states Skinny Pizza's website. "We cater to everyone who loves pizza, including the health-conscious, meat-lovers, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free customers."
