Obituary: Helen Neafsey, Longtime Greenwich Time Photographer
A celebration of life and memorial is being planned for the spring.
GREENWICH, CT — Helen Neafsey, longtime photographer for the Greenwich Time, passed away on Feb. 10, at age 66, from complications from a neurological disorder, according to the publication.
She died at the Westhampton Care Center on Long Island, near where she was born in Glen Cove. In addition to photography, Neafsey also enjoyed singing in church choruses (she was also was a member of the Greenwich Choral Society), and rescuing dogs.
A celebration of life and memorial service for Neafsey is being planned for the spring.
