Office Building Sells For $5.15 Million In Greenwich: Report

The downtown Greenwich property's former tenant recently relocated to Shelton.

GREENWICH, CT — A Greenwich office building located at 177 W. Putnam Avenue has sold for $5.15 million, the Greenwich Time reported. The property was sold to the Fairfield-based 177WPA LLC by the Stamford-based Seawatch Associates LLC.

According to the Greenwich Time, the two-story building had been listed for nearly $7 million after Wright Investors' Service, the property's former tenant, relocated to Shelton recently.
