Opening Date Announced For Green & Tonic In Greenwich
The new outpost represents the brand's eighth location across Fairfield and Westchester counties.

GREENWICH, CT — Green & Tonic, the health-focused cafe with roots in Fairfield County, is expanding with a new location in Greenwich that is set to open on April 7 at 21 Glen Ridge Road within the Glenville Shopping Center.
To celebrate, Green & Tonic Glenville will offer $1 iced and hot drinks all day on opening day.
In addition, Green & Tonic is partnering with Abilis - the Glenville-based nonprofit organization that supports more than 800 individuals with disabilities and their families from birth through their lives in lower Fairfield County. Green & Tonic will offer complimentary flower bouquets from Abilis Gardens & Gifts and a complimentary Green & Tonic tote bag to the first 50 guests beginning at 10 a.m. on April 7.

"We’re thrilled to open our eighth Green & Tonic location and expand our mission of providing the community with clean, nourishing food that supports a healthier lifestyle. Greenwich has been an incredible home for us and we’re excited to keep growing our footprint in town and across Fairfield County," Green & Tonic CEO Fausto Mieres said in an announcement.
Green & Tonic was established in 2012 in Darien and has grown across Fairfield and Westchester counties. The Glenville outpost represents the brand's eighth location.

Another storefront is planned to open in Old Greenwich this spring, and another location recently opened in Stamford.
Green & Tonic offers a thoughtfully curated menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner options, from smoothies and salads to grab-and-go meals and nutrient-rich snacks.
Signature offerings include Supr Brew Coffee, a single-origin coffee organically grown and harvested in Colombia, and SWIRL, dairy-free soft serve ice cream.
The Greenwich location will feature a Salad Station, where guests can customize a salad in a convenient on-the-go shaker or bowl.
Also available at Green & Tonic Glenville are meal boxes, a customizable way to create two to five days worth of meals and snacks, easily packaged and ready to pick up. The business says it continues to prioritize ingredients derived from plants, and it has recently expanded its offerings to include organic chicken and pasture-raised eggs to meet growing consumer demand. The menu is 100 percent gluten-free.
The Glenville location will also feature the viral Anna Kaiser Blue Moves Smoothie, a collaboration with fitness icon and celebrity trainer, Anna Kaiser.
Packed with nutrient-dense superfoods, the smoothie features coconut milk, cashew butter, banana, pineapple, plant-based vanilla protein powder, and blue spirulina, and is topped off with a drizzle of coconut cream.
There are also a variety of offerings popular with younger guests. Kid favorites include the AB&J smoothie, the roasted banana bread and the sourdough grilled cheese.
Green & Tonic Glenville will be open daily as follows:
- Monday: Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sunday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
