Parents Of Steve Young Visit Greenwich Historical Society Exhibit
The exhibit features exclusive memorabilia, historic sporting equipment and personal effects from Greenwich athletes, including Steve Young.

GREENWICH, CT — NFL Hall of Famer Steve Young’s parents, LeGrande and Sherry Young, recently stopped by the Greenwich Historical Society to view memorabilia from Young’s football career, on display at the Historical Society’s "Sports! More Than Just a Game" exhibition.
A 1980 graduate of Greenwich High School, Young won two MVP awards and a Super Bowl as a starter for the San Francisco 49ers. Overall, he has three Super Bowl rings.
On view through Sept. 3, the exhibit features exclusive memorabilia, historic sporting equipment and personal effects from some of America’s most celebrated athletes who made their homes in Greenwich.

"It’s a thoughtfully organized tribute to the many reasons living in Greenwich makes sense to the people who choose to live there," Young's mother said in a news release.
