Payment Issues At Greenwich Salon Lead To Larceny Charges: Police
Police said two women were charged with larceny after their credit card was denied at a Greenwich salon.

GREENWICH, CT — Two women were arrested on larceny charges Tuesday after their credit card was denied at a Greenwich salon, police said. Officers responded to the business, located on East Putnam Avenue, after receiving a report that two customers had refused to pay for services.
Officers were told by employees that two women had attempted to pay with a credit card, but it was denied, police said. The women were later identified as Chyna Blair, 20, of Stamford, and Dominique Mariah Jackson, 22, of Shelton.
The women attempted to leave the store after the salon owner tried to assist them in providing payment, but employees intervened, according to police.

"During the investigation, both subjects were uncooperative toward officers by not answering questions truthfully and providing officers with false names and dates of birth," police said in an arrest summary.
Officers subsequently located the key to a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Bridgeport in one of the women's purses, police said. The vehicle was parked outside the salon, and the women admitted they had driven it there, police said.
