Proposed Greenwich Apartment Building Opposed by Neighbors
A resident group has gathered more than 750 online signatures against the proposal.

GREENWICH, CT — A proposal to put 44 apartment units on South Beach Avenue once again drew criticism.
The attorney for the project developers said the design plan is preliminary, according to the Greenwich Time.
Still, the Planning and Zoning Commission pointed out that the building is in a zone that requires a retail space. There is a small space on site that is reserved for retail on the first floor, but commission members aid it wouldn't meet mixed-use requirements.
