Registration Open for Fall Youth Soccer in Greenwich

Greenwich Recreation is continuing to accept registration for Fall Soccer will be open by mail only until Aug. 14.

In person registration will be available starting Aug. 17, with a space available basis after Aug. 21. Soccer sessions will be held on Saturdays from Sept. 5 through Oct. 31 at Havemeyer fields located behind Town Hall.

Boys and girls ages 3 through 11 years are eligible to participate. Participants that are 3 through 9 years of age will focus on the fundamentals of soccer, including passing, dribbling, trapping, and shooting through practice and modified games. Ages 9 through 11 receive 30 minutes of technical training and one hour of scrimmaging.

Registration forms are available in the Parks andn Recreation Office located on the second floor of Town Hall and online at www.greenwichct.org: click on Parks and Recreation and then youth programs under Recreation.
