Riverside Home Among the Top Sales in Greenwich at $5 Million

Among the top real estate transactions recorded in the Greenwich Tax Assessor's office for the week of July 8 - 12, 2013 was the sale of a Cherry Tree Lane home in Riverside.

The shingle-style home was built on a little more than an acre in 2001 and boasts waterviews from every room. The home includes five bedrooms and five bathrooms and is part of the Harbor Point Association with its private beach and dock.
