Riverside Resident Appointed to NAIOP CT & Suburban NY Board

NAIOP Connecticut & Suburban New York, a chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, has appointed Robinson+Cole lawyer April F. Condon to its Board of Directors. Ms. Condon is a member of the firm’s Real Estate + Development Group.

Mr. Condon focuses her practice on commercial real estate law. She has vast experience handling real estate leasing, sales, and acquisitions. Ms. Condon represents tenants, owners, and developers in connection with office, commercial, retail, and industrial leases throughout the United States. She has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing complex and varied real estate transactions. In addition, Ms. Condon has been involved in several significant real estate development projects and joint ventures in Connecticut.
