Series Of Vandalism Complaints Under Investigation In Greenwich: PD

GREENWICH, CT — Greenwich police have been investigating a series of vandalism complaints in Putnam Park and Putnam Hill, including broken windows that were caused by BBs or pellets, the department announced.

On Thursday, officers executed several search warrants in Putnam Park as part of the investigation. No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing, police said.

During the overnight hours on March 26, a fourth-floor apartment window within the Putnam Hill complex was broken by an "unknown projectile," police said. No injuries were reported.

Police announced early Wednesday evening they were conducting an investigation in the area of the Putnam Park apartments. Police said there were no public safety concerns, but there would be law enforcement presence in the area.
