Serious Motor Vehicle Accident Leads To Road Closure In Greenwich
The accident was reported Sunday night.
GREENWICH, CT — Police say they are investigating a motor vehicle accident with injuries on East Putnam Avenue near Old Church Road.
Police said East Putnam will be closed between Old Church Road and Park Avenue during the investigation, and that detours have been established.
Capt. Mark Zuccerella of the GPD said Monday morning that utility companies are on scene repairing light poles that were damaged in the accident, and that the road is expected to open around 9 a.m.
