"At the peak of the event last night we had over 1,600 outages in Greenwich and multiple blocked roads," First Selectman Fred Camilo said on Facebook Monday morning, citing Greenwich Emergency Management Director Joe Laucella. "A number of critical/priority locations were impacted by the outages including GEMS Station 4, Town Hall, Greenwich Woods Rehabilitation, a critical customer on life support, and a few pump stations.
