'Smash & Grab' Burglary Hits Greenwich Cell Phone Store: PD
The break-in occurred at about 1 a.m. on April 21.

GREENWICH, CT — Thieves smashed their way through the glass front door of the Wireless Zone in Riverside early Saturday and made off with several unnamed items, according to Greenwich police.
The smash-and-grab break-in, in which the front door of the cell phone store was shattered, tripped the East Putnam Avenue shop's alarm at about 1 a.m.
An investigation is underway, and store staff are said to be conducting an inventory to determine exactly what items were stolen.
