Soap business launches in East Northport

Among the hundreds of small business owners at the Holiday Craft Fair held at Selden High School over the weekend was Valerie Jelavik, a resident of East Northport. Valerie launched her business, GREEN WIND SOAP, on December 6th, just two weeks ago. She makes a wide variety of natural and organic soaps. All are handmade in small batches. Eucalyptus, which was recently mentioned as a natural elixir when hung in your shower, smells heavenly. My next shower later today will be my indulgence after a long weekend.
