Son of Greenwich Billionaire Peter Brant Arrested
Harry Brant resisted arrest after he failed to pay a $27.85 cab fare, police said.

GREENWICH, CT — Harry Brant, son of billionaire Peter Brant and model Stephanie Seymour, was arrested after he allegedly didn't pay a $27.85 cab fare and resisted arrest on July 28, according to police.
Officers were told a taxi customer refused to pay fare and that he fled toward the area of Railroad Avenue.
Brant was stopped in the area and told officers he wasn't in a taxi and didn't come from any particular area, according to police. He later admitted to taking a taxi but didn't have the funds to pay for it.

During a search, officers found a small baggie that tested positive for narcotics, police said.
He refused to provide officers information about who he was, but an officer recognized him.
He was charged with sixth-degree larceny, illegal possession of a narcotic and interfering with police.
Brant's brother Peter Brant Jr. was arrested earlier this year after he allegedly shoved and injured a Port Authority police officer, according to police. He was prevented from boarding a plane due to being severely intoxicated.
Seymour was arrested Feb. 1 and was charged with DUI after she was involved in two accidents, according to police. She was placed in accelerated rehabilitation program, which upon completion will allow the arrest to be wiped from her record.
