"A police investigation developed probable cause to believe that Zvarych was intoxicated at the time of the crash and an arrest warrant was obtained," said Greenwich police in a statement.
Zvarych surrendered to police on Dec. 23 and was released after posting a $5,000 cash bond. She is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Jan. 8.
