Suspected Greenwich Drug Dealer Busted By Police

Police raided the suspect's North Water Street home - which is near a playschool - on Wednesday, Oct. 4.

GREENWICH, CT — A 27-year-old Greenwich man, who police say was allegedly running a pill factory out of his North Water Street apartment, was arrested on a host of narcotics charges Wednesday after police raided his home, according to authorities.

Arrested was Marvin Gaspar on charges including illegal manufacturing, distribution and sale of prescription narcotics; illegal possession of marijuana; possession of a sawed-off shotgun; and operation of drug factory, among others.

Gaspar's home is located within 1,500 feet of the Pat A Cake Playschool on Gold Street, according to police, which upped many of the charges because of his alleged crimes taking place near the school.
