'Swing into Spring' -- A Benefit, Fashion Show for Greenwich Community Answers

Tickets are still available for the event scheduled for next weekend.

The timing couldn’t be better as March begins with yet another snowstorm.

“Swing into Spring” at Community Answers’ 11th annual fashion show benefit next weekend.

The event — scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Sunday, March 8 at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich — includes a luncheon, a silent auction, and the opportunity to check out a variety of new spring fashions from Beam & Barre, Lilly Pulitzer, Lord & Taylor, Stella M’Lia, Vilebrequin, Vineyard Vines and Wishlist.

The event will support Greenwich’s volunteer community information resource.

Models will be Greenwich residents, teachers, coaches and town employees. The emcee will be Sukanya Krishnan, a three-time Emmy Award winning PIX 11 morning news anchor and reporter.

Community Answers, a non-profit agency, was founded in 1969 as an initiative of the United Way, Greenwich Library, and the Junior League of Greenwich, that is now a program of the Greenwich United Way, located at Greenwich Library. The organization provides a much needed link between residents and local services and businesses and an up-to-date comprehensive event and information online database. 100% of the proceeds raised through this event are returned directly to the services Community Answers offers.
