The Town of Greenwich Planning and Zoning Department is pleased to announce that our 2023 update of the Building Zone Regulations is complete! Please click here to view the 2023 Building Zone Regulations. Hardcopies of the regulations will be available for purchase in the Planning and Zoning Department shortly. Please call our office at (203) 622-7894 to check availability of hardcopies before arriving to ensure that copies are available.
