Town Of Greenwich: Eligible Greenwich Residents Can Register For COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics
All vaccinations at all sites are by appointment only – walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Greenwich residents who are 75 and older are eligible in Phase 1B to sign up for the COVID-19 vaccine which will be available – by appointment only – at four locations in Town.

Starting January 25, Greenwich Hospital will operate a daily clinic at the Brunswick School King Street campus in addition to its Northeast Medical Group location at 500 W. Putnam Avenue.
Family Centers will operate a clinic at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center in Old Greenwich. And the Greenwich Health Department will have a clinic open 3 days a week at Town Hall. Details onhours of operation for those two sites will be announced.

If you do have Internet access, you may use the Yale New Haven Health website: ynhhs.org/covidvaccine or the Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS) via the stateDepartment of Public Health https://dphsubmissions.ct.gov/onlinevaccine to register.
Registration for residents who qualify for other subsets of Phase 1B is expected to open in February.
