Veterans PTSD Equine Therapy Program
Foxfield F.A.R.M., a 501(C)(3) Foundation has been established to provide a ground work PTSD equine therapy program for U.S. Veterans.

The Foxfield F.A.R.M. (aka Foxfield for a Recovery Mission) 501(C)(3) Foundation has been established to provide a ground work PTSD equine therapy program for U.S. Veterans. Inclusive in this effort is a program that takes in rescue/retired horses to be re-rehabilitated and re-homed for a safe and productive new life. The synergy of this equally and mutually therapeutic venue has received extraordinary support from key political, professional and equine industry related individuals and corporations which includes a partnership with
Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital and The Frank Netter School of Medicine Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine at Quinnipiac University as well as the First Company Governor's Horse Guard to validate the importance of this organization. In addition, Sean Connolly, Commissioner for CT Veterans Affairs has also acknowledged and accredited the benefit that similar programs have been extremely successful in addressing such health issues with Veterans in other parts of the United States.
Senator John Kissel recently provided an opportunity for Susan Patricelli-Regan, Bill Regan, President and VP of Foxfield F.A.RM. respectively and Dr. Irfan Munawar, Director St. Francis Behavioral Health Services to outline the organization’s purpose on his PATV show "Kissel and Friends".

One of the key objectives for this agenda is to broaden the public's acceptance and understanding of the nature of PTSD issues and to assist the Veterans afflicted with PTSD in finding extended advantages beyond the established clinical and medication applications in treating their difficulties after honorably serving their country on the front lines of war.
It would be difficult for residents of CT not to identify with a family member, friend, neighbor or business associate who has not been confronted with some form of PTSD as it not only impacts the individual veterans but their wives, children and extended relatives who share their distress. Please see the website www.foxfieldrecoverymission.org to obtain further information and your opportunity to submit a financial donation by check or PayPal to affirm your support.
