Volunteers Wanted For Wildlower Planting At Greenwich Point

GREENWICH, CT — Volunteers are wanted for wildflower planting at Greenwich Point on Nov. 10.

Friends of Greenwich Point is leading the effort to build a wildflower meadow. Volunteers will plant native plants and scatter local seeds to ensure that the meadow grows.

Those looking to help out should bring a shovel and gloves and meet at the Cow Barn parking lot near the yacht club at 10 a.m. The rain date for the planting effort is Nov. 17.
