Waterfront Estate Sells for $11.9M

There were several multi-million home sales finalized in Greenwich last week. Among the highlights were a North Street 17-room brick Colonial built in 1906 that features 10 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths on 3.1 acres; and a 1.5 acre estate on the waterfront of Indian Head Road. That house is a 8,507 square-foot, 2 1/2 story Tudor built in 1914. The house which has 19 rooms including 10 bedrooms, 8 baths, and an in-ground pool, boasts its own waterfront pier, according to land records. It sold for $11,991,000.
