WEATHER ALERT: Greenwich's Hour-By-Hour Snow and Ice Forecast

We'll let you know when the heavy snow is expected to turn into sleet and freezing rain.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for between 4-9 inches of snow and ice to accumulate up to one half inch between late Sunday into Monday evening.

Here is an hour-by-hour forecast, which shows that most of the snow accumulation will happen between midnight and 7 a.m., and then there is a prolonged period of sleet and freezing rain until the storm ends with some light snow and snow showers. Please be careful if you do go to work on Monday.

Heavy snow and wind is forecast from 4 a.m. until 7 a.m.

By 7 a.m. it will be freezing rain and wind which will last until 3 p.m.

At 4 p.m. snow showers will break out and last until 7 p.m.
