Greenwich town offices are closed along with state and federal offices, as are most banks on Veterans Day (there’s no apostrophe in it), Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014.

Closed Tuesday
- Greenwich Town Hall
- Greenwich, Byram Shubert, Cos Cob and Perrot libraries
- U.S. government offices
- Post offices
- Connecticut state offices.
- Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles Offices
- Most banks are closed on Veterans Day. Banks in Connecticut have the option of remaining open on state holidays if they announce that fact to their customers. TD Bank branches in the state will remain open. (TD Bank closes for fewer holidays than nearly any other bank. Thanksgiving Day and Christmas are the last two holidays of the year that the bank will close.)

- Greenwich YMCA (free admission for all US military personnel)
