Wheels Keep Spinning On Planned Byram Car Storage Site: Report
The project remains in bureaucratic limbo.

GREENWICH, CT — A proposal to create an antique and exotic car storage facility in Byram remained unresolved Tuesday night after the Greenwich Planning and Zoning Commission stalled on making a decision on the application, writes Greenwich Free Press.
Étourdissant LLC is seeking to use 25,000 square feet of space at a 50,000 square foot warehouse on Chestnut Street to store close to 300 vehicles, a plan opposed by some in the neighborhood who stress that it would further crowd an already crowded area.
Other concerns about the proposal included whether the facility planned to serve alcohol in an on-site lounge, and potential traffic congestion and noise. A representative for the business sought to assuage concerns, but the commission kept the application open while additional information is gathered.
