Wrong-Way Driver Busted On Greenwich Avenue: Cops
The Greenwich man also allegedly pretended to be someone else after he was pulled over.

GREENWICH, CT — A 31-year-old Greenwich man was arrested on Saturday afternoon after the wrong way on Greenwich Avenue and then allegedly giving officers wrong personal information after he was pulled over, according to Greenwich police.
Arrested just after 1 p.m. on a host of charges was Mark Jan Traisman, of Indian Chase Drive.
After he was spotted driving the wrong way on one-way Greenwich Avenue, Traisman was pulled over and handed officers "a driver's license issued under a different name," and officers subsequently learned that he did not have a valid driver's license.

Traisman was taken into custody and charged with:
- Criminal impersonation
- Forgery, 2nd degree
- Interfering with an officer
- Operating a motor vehicle without a license
- Driving the wrong way on a one-way street
He was released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on July 9.
