XPO Logistics Relocates its Corporate Offices to Greenwich
Company to relocate its corporate offices to the same "lucky" office space where owner and Greenwich resident Bradley Jacobs launched United Rentals, Inc. and United Waste Systems, Inc.

resident Bradley Jacobs, the entrepreneur who launched United Rentals, Inc. and United Waste Systems, Inc., has reportedly decided to relocate the corporate offices of his latest venture, XPO Logistics, from Buchanan, Mich., to the same office complex in Greenwich where he established his first two multi-billion-dollar enterprises.
"We're coming back to a space that was lucky to us in the past," Jacobs told the Greenwich Time, referring to the space in Five Greenwich Office Park.
XPO Logistics, a provider of freight transportation services, reportedly opened a new plant in Charlotte, N.C., in March, funded in part with a $3.2 million state grant. The fast growing startup has reportedly hired 30 people so far and plans to employ 100 by the end of the year.
