GROTON, CT — Impasto Pizzeria & Ristorante has opened in Groton. The restaurant at 681 Longhill Road is part of the Tymark Restaurant Group.
Tymark also operates The Fisherman at Long Point and Paul’s Pasta Shop in Groton, along with several Rhode Island establishments.
Impasto held a soft opening over the weekend and is now open to the public, according to The Connecticut Scoop.
The restaurant features a range of Italian dishes from pizza to garlic knots, pasta, chicken cutlets, seafood, gelto and more.
A Tymark representative did not respond to a request for comment.
