Security Firm Among 19 New Businesses Registered In Groton In August

GROTON, CT — Groton recorded 19 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. General retailers and health practices were the most common categories, with three filings each.

Among the new arrivals were Overwatch Security Resources, a security business, Route 12 Auto Sales, a vehicle dealer and Dark Arts, a clothing retailer. All but one organized as a limited liability company; the exception was a corporation.
