Beyond the Barre Winter Class Schedule

We've made a couple of changes to our class schedule as of Jan. 1. 

Monday: 
Total Barre, 8:30 a.m., and 5:30 p.m.
Total Body Conditioning: 9:45 a.m.

Tuesday:
Core Pilates, 5:30 a.m.
Yoga Fit, 8:30 a.m.

Wednesday:
Barre/Pilates: 8:30 a.m.
Total Barre, 5:30 p.m.

Thursday:
Total Barre, 5:30 a.m.

Friday: 
Total Barre, 8:30 a.m.

Saturday:
Total Barre, 8 a.m.
