We are officially turning 11, and we’re throwing a weekend-long celebration that you won't want to miss. We’re calling it "11 on the 11th," and the party doesn't stop for three whole days!
From April 10th through the 12th, join the Outer Light crew for a packed schedule of fun, community, and world-class vibes. Whether you've been drinking with us since Day 1 or you're just finding your way to the lighthouse, this weekend is for you.
SATURDAY, APRIL 11: The Main Event
This is the heart of the celebration, and we’re packing the taproom for our actual birthday!
Carly’s Critters (1–3 PM): Bring the whole family! Carly is bringing her "Little Farmer" petting zoo to the brewery. The exact lineup is always a fun surprise, but her crew could include anything from bunnies, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, pigs, and baby goats to larger friends like alpacas, a mini horse, or even a mini cow!
Taqueria Cinco (1–6 PM): Grab some incredible, authentic Mexican street food to pair perfectly with your pints.
The Birthday Pour: Saturday marks the official release of Hoppy Beerday! Our annual birthday beer is back, and this year’s 11th-anniversary edition is a massive Mango Peach IPA.
Mike's Special Cask: To make the birthday taplist even better, Mike is rolling out a special, one-of-a-kind anniversary cask just for Saturday. You won't want to miss what he's brewed up for this one!
