As we know, there are definitely some problems with the “American diet”: too much sugar, too many fats, too many meats and too little dietary fiber (fiber from fruits and vegetables). This combination of foods also affects the cells in our bodies, allowing for mutations to occur, and therefor causing different forms of cancer.

These foods will help you eliminate carcinogenic substances, thus reducing the ability of these substances to cause mutations in DNA that may lead to the appearance of cancerous cells.

Spinach, Watercress                        -           ½ Cup

Tomatoes                                        -           ½ Cup

Turmeric                                         -           1 teaspoon

Green Tea                                          -           2-3 Cups
