Chelsea Groton Bank Employees Honored By CFT

The Center for Financial Training recently honored 12 Chelsea Groton Bank employees.

GROTON, CT – The Center for Financial Training (CFT) recently honored 12 Chelsea Groton Bank employees during the annual graduation and awards ceremony.

Those honored include Susan Bailey of Norwich, Alyssa Bryan of Gales Ferry, Jessica Charette of Groton, Stephanie Han of East Lyme, Dorothy Houde of Bozrah, Lisa Lamphere of Quaker Hill, Kerri McGrath of Waterford, Amy Prince of Richmond, R.I., Jennifer Seuferling of Groton, Allison Silva of Richmond, RI, Lori Tracy-Dufficy of Groton, and Kayla Trenholm of Hope Valley, R.I.

“The Center for Financial Training offers courses of study in a range of topics that suit the individual interests of each employee,” Assistant Vice President and Training Manager Denise Stapienski said in a release. “At Chelsea Groton, we encourage employees to pursue continual education courses because we’ve found it benefits the employee, and in turn, improves the customer experience. Our employees dedicated many hours to their studies and we are proud of their accomplishments.”
