There are still slots available for the upcoming fall citizens' police academy.
GROTON, CT — The Groton Citizens' Police Academy is coming up. Slots are still available.
Topics the academy will cover include criminal and motor vehicle laws, the hiring process, use of force, and more.
The deadline for applications is Sept. 24.

Classes will be Wednesday from 6 to 8:30 p.m. from Oct. 2 to Nov. 2 at C-8 Conference Room in the City of Groton Municipal Building.
