GROTON, CT — City of Groton police will hold a coffee with a cop event Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. at The Bill Memorial Library at 240 Monument St. The event is a meet-and-greet reception with new Chief of Police J. Erick Jenkins, who has been with the department for 32 years.
