Commission Approves New Eatery's Plans For Mystic: Report
The eatery, which has other locations in the state, plans to open this summer.
MYSTIC, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a plan to renovate a former office building at 1 Water St. into a mixed-use space, according to The Day of New London.
The first-floor tenant will be Boost Bowls, which hopes to open this summer.
Boost Bowls is opening its fourth and fifth locations in Danbury and Mystic, respectively.

The eatery currently has locations in Bethel, Newtown, and West Hartford.
Boost Bowls offers "handcrafted, build your own smoothie bowls" in flavors like acai, avocado, banana, and pitaya. It also offers juice cleanses and protein shakes.
